Shipping and Commission Policy
At Fatia Sada Artistry, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of your artwork. While every effort is made to ensure the safe delivery and handling of your pieces, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to damage during transit or handling.
In the unfortunate event that your purchased artwork arrives damaged, we want to assure you that we are fully committed to your satisfaction. We offer a comprehensive replacement policy, wherein we will create a new art piece to replace any damaged items. Please Contact within 48 hours of receiving the damaged package and kindly provide photographs of damaged artwork and packaging.
We deeply appreciate your support and understanding in such instances. Our goal is to ensure that your experience with Fatia Sada Artistry remains positive and fulfilling.
We cannot guarantee the availability to alter an order once it has been purchased.
Commission Policy
For commission Artwork, once I have agreed to take on your commission, an invoice will be sent via email to take a non-refundable deposit. The deposit is 50% of the final artwork value. I will begin to work on your custom piece once the deposit is paid. The remaining balance will be due once the entire piece is completed. I will be in contact with updates on your piece, during the duration of the creation process. Time of completion will be discussed during the consultation of the vision of the piece. Specifics of time length of completion will be depending on the size, details, and vision of the custom piece. Once a piece is created, the original artwork is the only one to be produced. All commission work is never replicated.
